About Your Visit
Intrinsic Health & Wellness is a holistic health practice that blends functional bodywork with craniosacral therapy, spinal flow, quantum touch, and myo- somatic therapy. We focus on restoring balance, structure and support of the body’s natural healing. Let’s get to the root of the problem and help the body to get rid of compensation patterns that have been developed as a way for the body to survive.
Yes! We work with adults, children, and families. Each session is tailored to the individual’s needs, regardless of age. Most of the work we do is extremely gentle, but occasionally we use moves that can cause discomfort. We always share what we are doing before we use these moves.
At your first appointment, we’ll review your paperwork, get to know each other, and make sure you feel comfortable. After addressing any questions or concerns, we’ll begin your full session.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. No jeans or dresses please. You’ll be fully clothed for treatment.
Typically healing cycles last 48 to 72 hours. A person’s healing cycle can be different after each session and even different for each person. A client could feel energetic or they could feel more tired than usual. We ask that you allow your body time to reflect on the session and anything that might have come up.
We integrate hands‑on therapy with the goal of focusing on the root of the problem and not just the symptoms, this allows us to support a whole‑person healing. Every session is personalized, based on where the client is when they arrive.
Yes. We collaborate with other medical, therapeutic, and holistic practitioners when needed to support a comprehensive care approach. In our office we have acupuncturists, massage therapist, counselors, yoga instructors and hair stylist.
Appointments & Services
Not necessarily! We can work remotely through quantum healing. In-person appointments are available for hands-on therapy.
Pediatric Appointments are 30 minutes long, while teen and adult sessions are typically 60 minutes. Spinal flow sessions are 30 minutes in length. Remote sessions can range from 30 to 60minutes.
Everyone is different. Some clients notice shifts right away, while others experience gradual changes over several sessions. Healing often occurs in layers and may evolve over days or weeks.
This depends on your individual needs, goals, and baseline state of health. We’ll assess this together after your first session and adjust as needed.
You can book online through our scheduling page, call or text 918-640-7867 or send an email to request a time. Texting will get you a faster answer versus emailing or calling.
Payment & Policies
Currently, we do not accept insurance for services. We can provide a superbill upon request for therapeutic manual therapy or craniosacral therapy for reimbursement from your insurance carrier. However, we are happy to accept HSA/FSA payments.
Rates vary based on the service, length of session, and modality used.
We accept cash, check, credit cards, and HAS payments (for eligible services). Upon request, we can provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement.
We ask for a 24‑hour notice for appointment changes or cancellations. Missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
